Yes. I won 4 lots (total around 5k AFTER BP) and the total shipping was $20. That comes out to $5 bucks a lot for the incidentals, not including tax, which as of the moment I don't think REA charges for Texas.
When I bid in Heritage I factor in 30% over my max bid. I can't imagine a lot of people don't think about the BP and/or shipping/tax, though I know a few have mentioned they have forgotten.
That is like buying a car for 40k and forgetting about the sales tax. It makes little sense.
