All 4 of our dogs came straight off of the street, running loose and apparently unwanted, and all in poor condition (one was pregnant). They are all great dogs and are a part of our family now. I have always thought of approaching a billionaire with a plan just like Bills in this thread to see if they would like to change the world and make it a better place for our pets.
