I'll let the article do the speaking about this recent find of 1951 and 1952 cards of which the highest graded 1952 Mantle, PSA 8.5, is in Heritages current auction. Would an offer of $8000 in 1980 have been considered a strong offer? (This question stems from another article where consigner said a dealer offered him $8000 in 1980 and he turned it down)
