I really don't GAFF about graded cards, but the one thing is that they are far easier to price. If you are targeting buyers who are looking to grade, you'll probably have to come down even more for them.

I recently had this convo:
Buyer: (offers 1/2 asking on a NMMT card)
Me: Sorry, but it's very fairly priced.
Buyer: Well after PSA fees, it would have to grade a 9 for it to be worth it.
Me:
Buyer: I really like the card

I sold it later that night to someone else.
