I've had the same conversation with Lew about a year ago.
He got burned with both the Encyclopedia and the OJ Newsletters. (Too much work for little money)
Volume 4 was in the works but never made it, back then.

Just take a look how many times Don (VCBC) has offered Lew's complete encyclopedia on eBay for about $30 and most of the times it never sells.

I ended up paying about $200 for the complete OJ newsletter run.
