I am 99.99% sure that the "image" is indeed the SAME as the card I sold two months ago (and I did not sell to this guy and I have confirmed with my buyer that he is not selling his card)

So most likely this seller "vintage_king101" is ripping off images from past auctions and everyone should be alerted. My partner has alerted eBay Safe Harbor and my powerseller rep.
