Ted,

Duke's Cameo brand went from paper pack to slide and shell box in 1886 and would retain many of the dates you mention on the pack for decades. The date that really matters is the tax stamp over-print. Your tax stamp overprint appears to be either 1892 or 1893.

Another strong clue that quickly dates your pack to 1890s (or later) is the appearance of "ATC" or "American Tobacco Company". Most Duke, A&G, Kinney, Kimball, and Goodwin packs were updated upon the merger in early 1890 to reference ATC. Your pack is post merger. I have several pre-merger Cameo packs, here are a few from 1889. You can see several changes that occurred between June 1889 and August 1889. I've circled the overprints (June, August, & October of 1889) to better clue you into what you should be looking for on your pack.
