Thanks alot David, I had never heard of the term panel card. Thats why this forum is so great.
As to the player signing it, you can sort of make it out at the bottom of the back side of the photo, there is written in pencil: "Compliments of J.L Teiters '86 (Teiters is one of the players in the photo"
