A baseball-playing dentist - who'd have thunk it? The only one I know (famous in these parts) in Dr. Jim Lonborg. After nearly leading the Sox to the championship in '67, he blew out his knee in a skiing (???) accident the next year... there's no tragedy that The Olde Towne Team hasn't endured. Lonborg's still practicing nearby, last I heard.

No worries about skiing accidents in Nebraska or Mississippi, I assume. Hope your return has gone well.
