I just want to correct and add that most of the Tolstoi we have seen are mostly shifted to the right and only a few of them are shifted to the left. Since we have seen left and right Tolstoi overprints, we believe there were at least two error Tolstoi sheets left the factory. Moreover, for some reasons we have even seen more Tolstoi overprint backs than other brand such as Piedmont and Sweet Caporal.
