I feel for you, man. I just got ripped off to the tune of $30,000 by a board member and the collector he buys for. Like you, I'm forced to take legal action. What a hassle!

I'll be posting more about it in a different thread tomorrow. I'm hoping other board members can offer some advice on how they'd proceed if they were in my shoes.
