1939-46 Salutation Exhibits Williams
For all you Exhibit afficionados: Does anyone know why there is such a huge discrepancy in the rarity of the #9 shows versus the #9 not showing versions? Were they issued at the same or different times or for different durations?
If this subject has already been covered, please let me know...and thanks for any help.
