Barry, there is no "guarantee" that the shares will be sold in a timely manner. However, on the two items we have IPO'd so far we have no users who would not be able to sell their entire stake immediately at a price higher than what they paid for the items.

While it's not guaranteed, it is reasonable to expect that someone will always be willing to step in and buy your shares at a price they feel is undervalued... just as you should be willing to sell your shares when you feel they are overvalued. It's a true marketplace in that aspect.
