You regularly make very broad statements about what state laws might apply to some set of circumstances in the vintage baseball card world and I would just like to see some proof on this occasion. What state law can you point me to that discusses selling shares of an item that is reasonably close to the definition of a baseball card? How is this much different from http://www.thepit.com/?
