The uniform collar style is black over and under with black ring around neck. It does not match any Pit NL team (thanks to board member dto7 for this tip). It does match Was AL 1902, 1903 and 1907 (home).
The player on the PC is Howard Paul "Highball" Wilson c1903 (shown below right with Norwich).
