Two other questions I have are, 1) how many of the large Gypsy Queens are COMPLETE and 2) does a trimmed (rare) card get hurt as much in value as some other, more available card?
I have owned this large GQ of Keefe for about 15 years. The person I got it from had five other players (which he sold in a Lew Lipset auction in 2002 or 2003) and all of them were also trimmed.
Now, if the Kelly card has about 10 known and the rest have, at most, seven known then the total for all known cards would be about 66 (1 x 10 + 7 x 8) . Of that total, I know six are trimmed (9 percent).
So, does a trimmed card not get hammered as much on price because of its rarity or does it get hammered without any difference to rarity?
