Good question, and now for an even better answer. Thankfully for the financially disabled, there are no normal color variations, or in fact any other variations in this set. You just have to collect 30 to complete. It is a great set with cool poses and wonderful color. Of course Wagner and Cobb will always lurk in the shadow of a pile of cash.
