I know that you know where these cards where printed. I posted that info for those who think that the cards were printed at the Tobacco Factory's.

Regarding your question......the COUPON tobacco brand was assigned to Liggett & Myers (L & M) after ATC's divestiture in 1911. And, I am quite sure
that there was an L & M plant in New Orleans.
