davidcyclebackHis credit and copyright means the photo was by Hall. It's uncommon for a litho baseball ad item to give credit to the photographer. There's no photographer credit on a T3, N173 or tobacco album. Hall probably gave the tobacco company's lithographer a cabinet card.
