or most knowledgeable person posting. I will say my determination to get to the correct answer can be dogged and sometimes frightening. As it turns out, I simply found it by looking over my nose:-) On page 10 of the American Card Catalog (any 1960 or later addition) the following:
1937-1938: 36 page mimeograph copy (KNEW I had seen one with no cover and mimeo pages....)
1939: Typeset copy (have now seen cover thanks to Dan and someone from the other side kind enough to email me a scan - thanks BTW)
1946
1953
1956 (revised and updated to include post cards and souvenir cards)
1960............
