PASJDIn my view, that day won't come. A huge scandal (the WIWAG affair) already was exposed and it didn't do a thing as far as I can tell to dampen the market for graded cards. It's the phenomenon Paul Simon wrote about, "A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest..." I am as much a part of it as the next guy, the only change I have made in my buying habits as a result of my learned skepticism is that I won't buy pre-war cards that are higher than mid-grade, but I still buy 50s and 60s 8s on faith that may or may not be misplaced.
