I'm going with Pirates-Braves 1937 season. The dark belt loops on the visiting team matched what the Pirates wore in the late '30's and the "B" on the chest combined with the small-large-small stripes on the socks seems to match the uniforms worn by the Braves in 1937. The one rub is that the photos I've seen online show the Braves wore yellow sock with blue stripes at home and blue with yellow stripes on the road.

Pirates third baseman Pep Young work number 26 in and Braves manager Bill McKechnie wore number 30 in 1937
