I asked for local pickup with cash payment and the seller declined. He said he would end early for $15K but would only mail the card.
"Hello, i would prefer to send the card out and have someone sign for it this way i have proof of delivery. Please dont be offended but it a scary world out there. The buy it now was set at 15,000.00 which if you look on Ebay is very firm considering other sellers sre selling lower grades at about the same price. Thanks for the intrest.
