Not just attention, but pricing, selection, display, and every other thing dealers can do to make customers spend money and want to come back. Otherwise, we can just all get together at someone's house periodically and talk each others' ears off and forget all this trouble and expense of setting up at shows. But that's not the idea, is it? Thanks, Phil, for reminding us. You wouldn't think it necessary, but sadly for many dealers actually pleasing the customers seems to be a hard concept to grasp.
