joeBrett, you have received a lot of help with this problem from the board, but because this has been going on for 1 week I suggest you take it to a computer store and have them check it out. Best Buy, Radio Shack, or pick any other that you have in your area. It is very difficult to correct this type of problem with emails. If you have a Dell computer call their hotline or call the hotline for the type of computer that you are using. Not trying to be harsh, but that would be the way I would do it.
