Thanks for offering to share the info on Spalding's Collection with the board, I'm really looking forward to it. From your post it sounds like Spalding's best pieces aren't in the collection anymore. It's a real shame to hear that it's been ransacked over the years. I had heard that Spalding bequethed quite a few books to the library, don't know much else about the other stuff.
