We now have four threads going on the "bmw vs vorthian" thing. How many do we really need? Why would anyone start a new thread on a subject that is already on the first page of the board unless they want to make sure that everyone sees their dirty laundry. This is akin to buying 3 or 4 advertising spots for the Superbowl.

You are right - no one has to open it, but if enough of these crappy threads appear, a lot of people won't be opening any of them.
