Ron-That is a good introductory book, the one I used when I got started around 1990. However, keep in mind that the book has quite a few errors, several on player identification, which were later corrected. Besides our book the one other reference I would recommend is the British Cartophilic Society Listing. That book lists the sub varieties for each of the individual poses, a level which we chose not to go down to.
