I thought you should be bolder and firmer in your disclaimer. Something on the order of "Buy and sell at your own risk. This board and moderator takes no responsibility for your choice to buy and sell. You are accepting these terms by using this board."

There's no way I would want to be a moderator for a board like this. People sue, you know.
