Bryan, if my sums are correct (it's late, and I'm tired), the combined PSA & SGC pop reports show the following totals for all players in each of these American Caramel sets:
E121 (both series) - 7,199 cards
E122 - 275 cards
E126 - 841 cards
So, it appears that it should be easy for you to complete an E122 set.
