I wonder who made it? The scroll doesn't exactly match the typical look of a Trench scroll, which is more wavy, like that Tigers one a few posts upward.
No tassels, either. And the colors are quite vibrant....
I'd guess WGN; but the script doesn't quite look like their work.
Nice pennant either way.
