if a dispute arises they ask the seller to have sufficent funds in their paypal acct.to cover the transaction amount. if you don't i do not know if they charge your credit card or if they can take from bank acct., as i always made sure i had the amount in question in my paypal acct. edited to add--- i have lost one dispute as a seller, when the buyer claimed condition not as stated even though pic and discription was as advertized.
