This hobby has been a lot of fun, but mostly because of the people I've met through this board and the auctions. It was very interesting last year at the National to actually meet a bunch of collectors - I was expecting something like a "sci-fi" convention, but those of you who haven't gone to one of these need to - most card collectors are extremely normal and interesting people, and have way above average intelligence. The nights out with you guys were a lot of fun, and I hope to meet more of you this year.

I couldn't begin to list all the friends I have made through collecting and this forum, but it also includes several that I have gotten into heated debates with on this board - hopefully you all will realize that it is too easy sometimes to become, as one person put it, "a keyboard bully", because we don't see each other in person. I have been trying not to "type louder" than others, but please forgive me when I slip.
