If you are talking about the guy with 9 fb, he looks like an incremental bidder to me. In this case, I think this is just the way he likes to bid, rather than some nefarious thing.

You were the last one to bid, and there were three guys, two of them with heavy feedback, who bid within 10% of what you bid.

So no, you weren't shilled.

The worst case is when you bid early and someone comes along and bids incrementally, trying to push you to your maximum bid, which they have no intention of exceeding.
