I have bought cards in collections that come with the PWCC HE sticker and in none of those instances have the cards sold for remotely what they brought when PWCC originally sold them. In most of the cases the cards did not even sell for ANY premium over what a similarly graded example sold for. Shockingly
these are one and done events. The added value in most cases was not even as much as what it cost PWCC for the sticker and the accompanying insert.
