Josh, good thought but essentially we have that here. People can report their problems and do; the next step is how do you enforce or investigate these complaints, then what actions are then taken?

It’s really a question of accountability unless there are real repercussions for nefarious actions taken by dealers/card doctors or anyone else for that manner abusing the system. The you don’t have much more than an organized word of mouth club. IMO.
