It took a while as I was down to one of two teams. Couldn’t for the life of think of any pitcher in either category that ever played on either then it dawned on me that someone with more than 3000 strikeouts started on one as a rookie before moving on to other more renouned teams and glory.
Great question though. I’ll give a bit more time publicly before I say which team I think it is but I think I’ll PM you to see if I’m right before checking Google out.
