Default Pretty Cool Story.

Hi All,

I sold this gentleman on Ebay last night a 1910-12 Sweet Cap pin of Walter Johnson. He tells me that he like to collect Washington Senators stuff. He then sent me an email last night and this is what he had to tell me!

My great great grandfather was Secretary & General Manger of the Washington ballclub from 1917 until his death in 1956 - so I've started collecting Senators stuff, particularly from that period. Got a few WJ items - some vintage cards, an autograph, and have some great Johnson photos from a family album. Awlful story to share - my Dad had passed down to him three albums full of WJ stuff - all his baseball cards, personal correspondance, player contracts, signatures - gave it to a gentleman in Washington who claimed to be doing research on Johnson - stuff was never returned - today what was in those albums would be worth a mint, I'm sure.

Pretty Amazing!
