If you don't have enough money in your account they will go to the reserve account which is a credit card or bank account. Paypal should be contacting you by phone if they had any kind of customer service. And of course we all get the fake Paypal emails, i just delete them and log on to my account thru the Paypal web site and see if there are any messages. Goodluck
