Hi Jason -

The PreWarCards article is actually mine. While the T7 series spans a number of years, I believe all of the T7-6 prints were dated to 1913 or, at the earliest, the early 1910s. That specific image was used on other Hamilton King products from around that time, too. It's an early card but a little later that some others, like the 1890s paper dolls, Tetlow card, or the T51 Murad Williams 1st series.

Pat of VintageBasketball.com has these issues on his website and is a solid authority on pre-war basketball stuff.
