Starting price is way too high. It has a rip at the upper-left that extends out to the border (which the seller discloses, but sort of Poo-Poos). And he compares it to the early Mastro example which was sold at the absolute peak of the market (and was likely shilled, at that). I would think $500 is a good aggressive starting price, and then see where it goes from there.
I am probably in the top 2% of prospective buyers for this pennant (along with Rob), but even I must sit this one out
