I thought 1999 was in Atlanta? Maybe I'm misremembering (ala Clemens), but I recall that the Atlanda National ran in tandem with the 1999 HOF Induction. . I was there to attend Nolan Ryan's induction.
Atlanta edged out Houston for the venue in the vote in 1999...
