Just for clarification, the
National Caramel cards (E220) are a different brand than the American Caramels (E120, E121 etc).
I don't know about pricing for sure, but the E220's seem to be seen far less often than their "American" counterparts and likely carry a small premium.
Many of the cards share the same pose, which doesn't help with the confusion. I crossed over this Hooper below which was incorrectly listed by PSA as a E121 American Caramel.
The Pennock I included because I just got it back from SGC and kinda like it
