E220 American Caramel vs E120, E121 etc
How much rarer are E220 National Caramels compared to it's E120, E121, E122 etc American Caramel counterparts?
Do they truly command a premium comparatively? For instance have any of you noticed a significant difference in what a Ruth, Cobb, or Hornsby would go for among the 1920's caramel sets?
