Phil, it seems to me that the McCarthy card isn't offered for sale very often, and when it is offered it sells for a considerable amount. Wish you well with it. I know if one found its way to you then it would rest in appreciative hands. Please find a pair of them for sale, and let me get the lesser one. I've been watching for one for about a dozen years.
