Lots of interesting material in this one. First, note that by the end of 1946 the designations for tobacco and caramel cards are now revised, and are the same ones used today. The #521 set is now T206, etc. But the D-cards use a system not familiar to us.

Also, the article on printing was really interesting. The author states that 19th century tobacco cards were issued in sheets of 12 or 15 cards (is that even correct?), but makes no mention of 20th century sheets, something we are still debating today. Great stuff all around.
