simple case of buyer and grader disagreeing on the assessment of a grade. imo i don't think sgc would've missed a reglued corner...twice, which is what the buyer is suggesting. maybe a flowery description here would've been nice because i'm confused to what a "popped" corner means
(nicked, dented, severed, chopped, etc..)
