In the past, when you could read the names of the Ebay bidders, some people would create an Ebay ID solely for bidding on "bad" auctions.
As noted, one of the best was "stewpdazzo" (say it out loud.) Stew was the winning bidder on many auctions, but eventually, Ebay shut him down.
I'm pretty sure stew is still on this board... somewhere.
