To start, you can take a good digital photograph and see if you can manipulate the image to get a good pic-- negative, contrast, etc. You might be able to get a decent positive image this way and print it on your printer.

A lot of people print and have home printing presses-- in particular artists. There are classes on printing in about every town. I took a class in my home town on printing and used the printing press, inks and all that. Look in your local community college or such class catalog, and you'll probably find a teacher who knows all about printing. At least he or she can give you good advise-- at best he or she'll print it for you. In fact, an art teacher at your local high school might know about printing.

But my guess is you can make a decent print using your digital camera.
