Oh Gawd Jeff. I am in such bad anti-study mode today it's unbelieveable. Plus, I'm not doing BarBri. I'm doing self-paced online, and you can see how THAT's going!! hahaha. You are right though. I need to stay on it.
So I will be sitting here with my glass of wine keeping one eye on the hunt and one eye on termination of easements. :-)))
